Submit
Upload documents through the request form or email them directly. Include the county, the deadline and any address notes.
Assign
A certified server in the correct county is dispatched, usually within one business day — same day for rush assignments.
Attempt
Each attempt is documented with date, time, location and outcome. You hear from us after every one, not just the successful ones.
Return
A signed, notarized affidavit of service is delivered digitally, formatted for filing in the court where your case sits.
Turnaround
What to expect on timing
Standard assignments see a first attempt within one to three business days. Rush assignments are attempted the day they are received when the address is within our core counties.
Diligent-service packages, alternate-service affidavits and citation-by-posting support are available when standard attempts do not resolve.
